“ Physics and Natural Disasters ”

Many people wonder how a natural disasters happen. Can these phenomenon be predicted? How can we prevent or lessen the harmful effects of natural disasters?

 

 What is a Natural Disasters?

 A natural disaster is the effect of a natural hazard (floods, volcanic eruption, earthquakes, landslides etc.) to the environment that may lead to financial, environmental and human losses. the magnitude of negative result depends on the capacity of a community to prepare and manage such occurrence.

Scientists are making experiments to discover information on natural disasters.  Recent studies explain how these natural disaster occur and how to minimize the harmful effects of these natural disaster.

 

There are three natural disasters that we are going to tackle. Earthquakes, Landslides, and Tornadoes.
